Review:
It's not often I review nonfiction books (come to think of it, this is only the 2nd nonfiction book I've reviewed on this blog), nevertheless, Little Life-Changing Booklet captivated and charmed me at the same time. I'm going to keep this review short and sweet, just like this book.
Much like how it's title suggests, Little Life Changing Booklet is aimed to make positive changes in your life. The book is written in an easy-to-read style, which I loved. The book is also well organized, divided into 10 sections in which a topic is explored in each.
For those of you who don't know me, I'm a sucker for quotes. And man, this booklet is jam-packed with quotable quotes! After finding 5 awesome quotes, the book had me hooked. Below are some of my favorite quotes:
"Time, place and circumstances change, but people stay the same."
"We get used to circumstances, mistake the known for safety, and the unknown for danger."
"Doing something right or doing the right thing--these are two very distinct things!"
This book definitely got me to think and mull over its words. Although short, Little Life-Changing Booklet was definitely worth the read! This is the perfect read if you have 20 minutes (about the time it takes to finish this book if you're a fast reader). Also, the pictures included within the pages were very cute and made me smile :-)
